For Repairs

All repairs performed by 512 Controller Clinic are covered by our industry-leading 1-year warranty. This warranty covers the specific components we installed and the labor we performed. If the part we fixed fails or the same problem comes back within one year of the service, we will fix it again at no cost.

Warranty Exception: Thumb Stick Cleaning

If you opt for a thumb stick cleaning service (to fix stick drift) instead of a full replacement with TMR sticks, that specific cleaning service is only covered by a 90-day warranty. Cleaning is a temporary solution, and we cannot guarantee it for the full year.

Warranty Exception: Customer Supplied Parts

We cannot provide a warranty on parts that you bring to us. We only warranty the labor for the installation, not the part itself. If a customer-supplied part fails, you will need to provide a replacement, and labor fees may apply for re-installation.

This warranty does not cover:

• New issues unrelated to the original repair.
• Accidental damage (e.g., drops, spills, or rage-quits).
• Normal wear and tear on components not part of the original repair.

For Custom Controllers

Every custom controller 512 Controller Clinic builds and sells is backed by a comprehensive 1-year warranty. This covers all parts, modifications, and labor performed by 512 Controller Clinic. If any aspect of our customization fails within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace it.
